Lines of Credit
When short-term financial challenges arise, a DNB First Line of Credit can be a lifesaver. Once established, the line can be a flexible financing solution for a number of business needs.

Lines of Credit provide a short-term solution that allows your business to borrow as needed and pay back as funds become available. The line is usually written on a revolving basis, permitting the business to re-borrow funds after pay downs have occurred.

The bank’s Line of Credit Sweep can help you save interest charges by automatically drawing and paying down your line of credit on a daily basis.

Equipment Line of Credit for Term Loans
DNB First’s Equipment Line of Credit is used when your business requires frequent purchases of equipment without the hassles of obtaining an approval for each purchase.

How it Works:

  • We will establish a maximum amount under which your business can draw multiple times for equipment or vehicle purchases.

  • At time of disbursement under the line, a term loan shall be immediately created to match the life of the equipment purchased

Benefits:

  • Eliminates the need to obtain approval for each purchase.

  • Availability under the line will increase as payments are made on the term loans.

Term Loans
DNB First’s term loans help a business with purchases of equipment, expand a business line or evenly distribute the cost of a one-time expenditure. The repayment of the loan is often set to match the useful or depreciable life of the asset being purchased. Interest rates can be fixed or floating with payments of principal and interest on a monthly basis.

Commercial Mortgages
DNB First’s Commercial Mortgages provide funding for owner occupied or investment real estate related needs.

Letters of Credit
At DNB First, we offer both Documentary and Standby Letters of credit. These letters can be issued in performance or purchase situations. Tell us what you need to accomplish so we may determine which type of LC is appropriate for you.

Standby Letter of Credit
Many municipalities require a Letter of Credit to be used on behalf of your business to insure development and site work on a construction project is done to specifications. In other words a promise to pay, by the bank, if the borrower fails to complete a project under agreement.

Documentary Letter of Credit
A bank commitment on behalf of a buyer to pay a seller a specific sum for products based upon the seller’s compliance with agreed upon terms.

Small Business Administration Loans
Government guaranteed loan programs to include 7a and Low Doc programs. The programs provide funding for businesses that may not qualify under conventional financing.

 

CCDC / Chester County Development Council
DNB First has a strong relationship with the Chester County Development Council, which serves as a packager of SBA and other loan programs listed below:

  • SBA 504 for fixed asset purchase and expansion

  • PIDA Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority

  • MELF for machinery and equipment financing
